Reporting a page
Every public memorial has a "report this page" link at the bottom. That reaches us directly and is the fastest route for anything about impersonation, harassment or a page that shouldn't exist.
Refunds
Within 30 days of any payment, just ask — no questions, no form. You can also manage or cancel a subscription yourself from your billing page.
